I started Hostwise to give Dubai hosts the kind of honest, practical advice I wished existed.

For the past six months I've been advising holiday home owners and operators in Dubai — helping them understand the rules, set up properly and make smarter decisions about pricing, listings and operations.

Hostwise is small on purpose: when you work with us, you work directly with me. Honest answers, practical plans, and someone on your side.

Do you manage my property or list it for me?

No. Hostwise is an advisory company — we don't list, operate or manage properties, and we don't collect rent or bookings. We give you the knowledge, plans and tools so you (or your chosen operator) can run it well.

Do I need a permit to rent my home short-term in Dubai?

Yes. Holiday homes in Dubai must be registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). We'll explain the requirements for your situation and what the process looks like.

Can I host my own apartment without a management company?

In many cases, yes — owners can register and host their own home. We'll help you understand whether it's right for you and how to set it up properly.

How much does it cost?

Getting in touch is free. Once we understand what you need, we send a clear quote with a fixed fee based on the scope — never a percentage of your income.

Can we meet in person?
